Refund Policy
About this policy
Niagara Private Tours is a brand operated by Get Limo Inc., an Ontario corporation (“Get Limo Inc.”, “Niagara Private Tours”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This policy works with the Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy.
Eligible refunds
Eligible circumstances include a standard cancellation at least 48 hours before confirmed pickup or tour start in Ontario local time, operator cancellation, an undelivered material component where an alternative is not accepted, and verified duplicate or incorrect charges. Disclosed booking-specific conditions also apply.
Late cancellations and no-shows
Cancellations under 48 hours, same-day cancellations and no-shows are normally non-refundable. A discretionary reschedule, credit or partial refund may be offered where appropriate but is not guaranteed. Passenger lateness may reduce service without creating a refund entitlement.
Operator cancellation and partial refunds
If we cancel, we will offer a reasonable alternative, reschedule, credit or refund as appropriate. If only part of the service cannot be delivered, a reasonable partial refund may apply.
Third-party products
Attraction tickets and third-party products follow supplier rules and recoverability. We will pass through refunds received for undelivered components, subject to law and disclosed terms.
Processing and currency
Approved refunds go to the original payment method. We process them promptly, but posting time depends on Stripe, card networks, banks and the customer’s financial institution. Exchange-rate movements or bank conversion charges may change the amount displayed in another currency.
Disputes, fraud and rights
Contact us promptly about duplicate, incorrect or unrecognized charges. Fraudulent refund requests may be declined and relevant records provided to processors, financial institutions or authorities. This does not restrict lawful chargeback or consumer rights. Nothing limits statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
