Most private tours may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before pickup for a full refund.

Cancellations within 48 hours of pickup are non-refundable, though the tour may be rescheduled subject to availability.

Weather cancellations initiated by us are rescheduled at no cost or fully refunded at your choice.

Custom itineraries and peak-season fireworks tours may carry stricter terms disclosed at booking.
