Privacy Policy

Effective August 27, 2026 · Last updated September 2, 2026

We collect only the information necessary to plan, confirm, and deliver your tour: name, contact details, pickup information, and payment information via our PCI-compliant payment processor.

We never sell your data. We share it only with the driver assigned to your tour and, when required, with attractions we have reserved on your behalf.

You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.

Cookies, local storage and analytics

Essential browser storage is used to keep the site working — for example to remember your cookie choices, keep you signed in, and complete secure checkout. This is always active.

With your consent, we use Google Tag Manager to load analytics and advertising-measurement tags (which may include Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta and Microsoft Advertising conversion tracking). These help us understand how visitors use the site and which campaigns lead to bookings. Measurement events describe pages viewed, tours viewed, bookings started and completed, and contact-link clicks; they never include your name, email, phone number, address, booking notes or payment details.

Campaign attribution: when you arrive from an advertisement or a link with campaign parameters (such as utm_source or gclid), we store those parameters and the page you landed on in your browser for the current session and save them with any booking you make, so we can see which channels bring guests to us.

Your choices: you can accept all, reject optional tracking, or manage preferences in the cookie banner at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Rejecting optional tracking never affects your ability to browse, book or pay.

Final legal wording should be reviewed by the business owner or a qualified legal professional before publication.
