1. Who we are
Niagara Private Tours is a brand operated by Get Limo Inc., an Ontario corporation (“Get Limo Inc.”, “Niagara Private Tours”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Get Limo Inc. is responsible for personal information handled through https://privateniagarafallstours.com and administers this policy under PIPEDA where applicable and other applicable privacy laws.
2. Information we collect
We may collect contact information; booking and travel details; passenger information; flight, pickup and luggage information; account details; communications; transaction identifiers, payment status and metadata; device, usage, referrer and UTM information; and accessibility or special-assistance information you provide.
3. Payments
Stripe processes full payment-card details under its privacy and security practices. Get Limo Inc. receives transaction and payment metadata such as amount, currency, status and identifiers, but not full card numbers or security codes.
4. Purposes and consent
We use information for enquiries, quotations, availability, pricing, bookings, payments, tour delivery, drivers and vehicles, support, changes, cancellations, refunds, fraud prevention, security, accounting, tax, insurance, legal compliance, service improvement and consented measurement. We rely on consent and other lawful bases. Accessibility or special-assistance information is used only as reasonably necessary for accommodation, safety or legal obligations.
5. Providers and cross-border processing
We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to payment, hosting, email, analytics, advertising-measurement, customer-service and tour-delivery providers, assigned drivers and booked suppliers. We do not sell personal information. Some providers process information outside Ontario or Canada, where it may be subject to local laws. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service.

You may request access or correction, subject to lawful exceptions and identity verification. Booking services are intended for adults; we do not knowingly collect directly from children without appropriate parent or guardian involvement.
